1. About us

Viktor Beverley (“we”, “us”) is registered in England & Wales under company number 11706147, with our registered office at 17 Halstead, London, England, N1 7QF. Contact us at support@viktorbeverley.store.

2. Orders

When you place an order you’ll receive an email acknowledgement. A contract is formed when we dispatch your goods. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or we suspect fraud.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment providers. Discount codes apply to the product total before delivery charges.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes on full payment.

5. Returns and refunds

See our Refund & Returns Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Warranty

All products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the goods purchased.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
