Refund & Returns Policy

30-day returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. To start a return, email support@viktorbeverley.store with your order number — we’ll send you a prepaid UK returns label.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we’ll inspect it and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 working days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when it’s processed.

Faulty items

If something arrives faulty or fails within its 2-year warranty, contact us with photos and your order number. We’ll repair, replace or refund — your choice — and cover all return postage.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns on items that have been personalised or engraved, unless faulty.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
