Shipping & Delivery

UK delivery

Standard delivery (2–4 working days) — £3.95, free over £75. Orders placed before 2pm on working days ship the same day from our UK warehouse. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

International delivery

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery costs £14.95 and typically takes 5–10 working days. Any duties or import taxes are calculated and shown at checkout, so there are no surprise charges on delivery.

Packaging

Every order ships plastic-free in recyclable packaging. If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it and email support@viktorbeverley.store within 7 days and we’ll put it right.

Delivery problems

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbours and safe places first, then contact us — we’ll open an investigation with the courier straight away.
